A Parthia Counter With Baktria

Since this place has the more competitive players, I'm interested in hearing your thoughts behind this Baktria counter for Parthia. I think it could be pretty useful in the tournament scene, as a lot of people take Baktria, and their opponents consequently take Parthia as it is probably the truest counter faction to it.
